We love our meals, but unfortunately so do our dogs. Just because Fido wants a bite of your steak, doesn’t mean that he should. We can give our dogs what they want though, within reason.
We’ve created a curated meal experience for our four legged friends with their health and safety in mind. Introducing Bone Appetit, meal kits for dogs that are just as good the food they’re begging for.
Green Chef will partner with veterinarians to create human-grade meal kits featuring beef, chicken, seafood and other food approved for a dog’s diet that look exactly like human meals. Your dog will completely forget what you’ve made yourself for dinner.
My Role: Concepting, strategizing, mock-ups and art direction.
EXPERIENTIAL: Restaurant week takeover
This Restaurant Week, the Eighty Six has gone to the dogs.
TEASE: the eighty six shutdown
Well-known New York City restaurant, The Eighty Six mysteriously closes without explanation. New menu items are hinted at. A QR code attached to the shuttered door urges users to sign up for updates, in order to be clued in. Users must provide the name of their dog when signing up.
ACTIVATE: New menu reveal
A sneak peak at a new menu and reservation link is texted to those who have registered with the QR code. First access will be given to owners of dog influencers (foodie or otherwise) and food critics with dogs. Celebrities with dogs are also given first access.
Launch: THE EIGHTY SIX TAKEOVER
Green Chef takes over The Eighty-Six for Restaurant Week, closed for a private event for dogs. Dog influencers (foodie or otherwise), food critics and celebrities with dogs will be in attendance. Chefs will prepare Green Chef meal kits for their human and canine guests to share, and goodie bags with pet friendly treats will be given out after.
THE MEALS
Delicious food for your pooch to enjoy.
Meals consisting of chicken, beef and seafood will be available to order on the Green Chef app. Portion size will vary based on the dog’s weight.
INTRODUCING CURTIS STONE
Green Chef has partnered with celebrity chef Curtis Stone to give your dog the very best. He loves his goldendoodles Sammy and Webster, affectionately called “The Butcher’s Dogs” and even feeds them scraps from his butcher shop!
DIGITAL: THE APP
Everything you need for doggie mealtime, at your fingertips.
New menu items will be added to the Green Chef app every month, giving dog owners more variety when purchasing their meal kits. App users can also make suggestions to shape the menu every week.
A dinner bell reminder will be available in the Green Chef app reminding dog owners that dinner time is approaching, and to get their pooch’s meal ready.

The pure, unadulterated joy of your dog enjoying a delicious meal, caught on camera.
We’ll encourage users of Green Chef meal kits to post their dogs enjoying their meals and tagging Green Chef for a discount on their next subscription.
Green Chef can also host a contest for the best dog reacts and repost the winners on their Instagram/TikTok.
